Just thinking, what does KAS do with the blankets in summertime when it is warm/hot?

Cherry, I think blankets are distributed year round. Most of the children we distribute to are living in very poor conditions and sleeping on bare floors (or no floor).  I am sure most of them need some kind of cover at night when it is cooler, and if it is too hot, they would sleep ON their blanket.

Cherry, here's a photo that touched our hearts when it was published in 2010.  These little ones really appreciated a soft blanket to sleep on.

Oh wow, I can imagine what that would feel like to sleep on bare floors. Poor things! Okay, now that worry is quenched :).
Hi Cherry. Here in Johannesburg it can be quite cool in the evenings in summer, so even then a blanket would be most useful.
