Adorable giraffe, Susanne!!  xo

I admire your challenging squares Susanne. They are so distinctive I see them in the photos of blankets distributed.

A fantastic intro Bev. It makes me want to rush out and find lots of African animal toys and crochet patterns.

A lion up and running already  He looks great !

Oh Sue (L) he is AMAZING!!! Did you knit the fun fur in, or add it after? Your detail is fabulous....right down to the furry end of his tail...he just makes me smile.  :))

I tried sewing  fun fur for a duplicate stitch heart, a couple of years back...ugh!!.....did about two rows and by then it was a nightmare and pulled it out..

I knitted it in as I went Bev.  He is rom a book I have....Tapestry Crotchet by Renate Kirkpatrick....it is an Australian publication.  I just followed the crotchet graph and knitted instead.

Now that is clever!!!

Now this guy is cute, Susanne :)))  Love his furry-tipped tail ... xo

Awesome lion!!! Thanks Susanne.

Terrific square, love your creativity Susanne.

Fantastic Susanne! A little person is going to finger brush this one all the time.
