Oh my, Sue, what a GORGEOUS elephant!!! Love, love, love the colours.  :))

A wonderful collection of 50 squares knitted by Alice of the Earlston Wednesday Club.  It will take me time to "butterfly" these!

My camera is playng up,  and I am getting fuzzy images, but I hope you get the picture of these.

Oh Susan, these are lovely!  I can see them okay.  Huge thank you to Alice for all her beautiful work :) xo

A great colorful collection. Love the green. Super well done, Alice. Thanks Susan for all those "butterflies"

A very pretty selection of squares from Alice......commiserations for the butterflying, Susan.  :))

Yes and they are beautiful plain janes.

Here are the first three squares I have completed for this month's theme.

1. Inspired by the flag of Botswana

2. Inspired by the flag of Sierra Leone

3, Inspired by the flag of Nigeria

Beautiful flag squares, Rebecca!  xo

Thank you - would I be right in thinking you like Botswana's best - lol

Thank you for these three great flag squares, Rebecca.  :))

Flag sqs are on my to-do list...but will I get that far before month's end?......lol.

Hi Rebecca,

I knitted the flag of Sierra Leone also. You win! I like Botswana's flag and it was next for me...; you did a great job. Well done!!

It's a gloomy day in New York and natural light is gone, almost for a better picture.

So many of the flags seem to be stripes - and for my tension, 28 rows of each of 3 colours gives me the 8 inches required.  I plan to do some more - but I am also taking part in the Ravellenic Games over on Ravelry so it is all a bit crowded this month!
