I thought it would be fun to see how many of us were working on a cuddle now and what color or colors we were using. I will start. I am making one in Royal Blue,

I am not working on one, but interested to see results

Royal blue sounds lovely. I'm with Enid for now but we will see later in the month.
Mine is a mixture of pink, grey & green (using a variety of yarns I had lying around!)
I am not following the knit-a-long but I am crocheting a thicker Cuddle with two strands of worsted acrylic yarn, both soft. One is yellow, the other a varied yellow, blue and white so they go good together. I'm doing it in single crochet but in back loops to keep it stretchy so it doesn't end up too thick and clunky, just warm.
I'm not following the knit-a-long either because I had already started my knitted KASCuddle. I've done the ribbing in two strands of lilac Aran and the body is the lilac stranded with a white aran. The plan is to make another one in crochet because I have the yarns, plain blue rib and variegated blue/red/yellow for the main part. That is the plan but it may have to be knitted (crochet taking more yarn than knitting I might run out like I did once before.)
Jeanne, does 'back loops' mean what I think - NOT picking up two strands of the chain-thingy but just the back strand or am I misunderstanding completely?
Yes, Christine, you are right. 'Back loops' means picking up the back strand of the chain looking thing =).
Thank you Rachel - I could have looked it up I suppose. I tried to crochet one before and apart from not having sufficient yarn at the time I did consider it to be it 'clunky' so I thought I'd try Jeanne's suggestion. Have to knit the ribbed top though as I don't know how to rib in crochet.
The crochet cuddle doesn't have a ribbed collar just a sc one.
Oh yes, time I looked at the photos. I'll probably still knit it to make it smoother.
Also not following along but making one in raspberry and sagey-green. Yum! :o)
sounds lovely!!
I'm in, and almost finished with mine. It's two strands of wool, one a blue melange with a long stripe and the other is thinner, blue/gray color. Just stuff I had, not very exciting, but warm.
