Square Circle Forum

Hi everyone

Debbie Posmontier commented in the USA group to let us know that from June 12th - 20th it is World Wide Knit in Public Day. Check out this link and let's get onto it!

http://www.wwkipday.com

It totally relates to our idea of knit anywhere, any time. Please go to this link and add a photo of you wonderful people and your knitting/crocheting.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Jan you are all in my thoughts and I have prayed for the best of all possible outcomes for everyone involved and that the doctors will be inspired. I agree it is very hard to watch a child, even though now an adult, go through things like this. Anytime you need to talk about this, feel free to do so, here or in the chat area.

Sincerely,
Jeanne (kisses and hugs, this site considers 3 x's a swear word! eeeesh, lol)
Jan...I am so sorry to read about your daughter....I see that was a day ago, so pray results have come back ok...I know it is so hard to see a child suffer...my daughter(youngest) had leuchemia 12 years ago, and she is cancer free...we thank the good Lord every day for allowing us to keep her...she was a young mother with 5 babies, and we always say God knew she needed to be a mother to those 5 children..her baby was only 3 months old...what a time that was....so will be praying for your daughter too, Jan...Keep in touch so we will know what is going on...sending my love..
Prayers and positive thoughts winging their way to your daughter and to you, Jan, from South Africa.
jen hows everything going today.
Oh ok, I have just seen this. Wow Jan, wishing you all the strength and love and to your daughter and the rest of your family. Fingers crossed for all of you x x x
Yes, me too Jan. I hope it's nothing serious?
My daughters CA 125 cancer test came back within normal limits so surgery at local hosp on Mon. to remove the 16 cm x11 cm ovarian cyst and probably her ovary. Hard for her as she is only 32 and lost the other ovary to a much larger cyst ( basketball size) Dr. trying to figure out how to get all out without taking mesh out from her hernia surgery that she had due to last ovary surg incision was so big to get something that size out it caused incisional hernias. Looks like they are going to go low to go under the mesh like a c-sect surg. Hope they can save part of the ovary but not real hopeful. Would like to keep her out of menapause. Appreciate everyones friendship, well wishes, and prayers for Susan.
I hope you are doing ok is knitting helping you. As a mom myself of boys I know when they hurt you hurt. I hurt when I read it. I hope and pray God will give you and your daughter some peace over the weekend. I can't imagin how hard this must be for you. Take really good care of yourself
Best wishes to you all x x x
