WARM HANDS WARM HEARTS
This month, we aim to warm little hands with handwarmers, and send
them along with a heart in a square to show our love.
Here are some super examples to inspire you:
The children always need toys. Please pop one or two in your parcel if you can:
Here are some links to Patterns for you to have a try.
Sharon I love the contrast stitching on your rainbow!!!
Stunning Sharon, and gorgeous colours !
Sharon, your large square is delightful. Who doesn't love a bit of sparkle?
These are so fun, Marion …. I can imagine boys or girls who get these just breaking out in giggles.
I'm also loving the trim row that you included. It looks like it has soft little bumps to give great texture.
Marion you are so creative ! They are delightful hearts !
Awesome, Marion!!! You are soooo clever....boys will love these. :))
I love these = such a clever idea!
Yes, and I imagine any boy will enjoy making a face back to his blanket. Such a great idea Marion.
Here is a little Night Owl with an added heart.
When I made this, the owl turned out to be taller than 8 inches. I was really annoyed with myself, and not sure what to do. But then I remembered The Good Dinosaur square that Marion Davies made back in March. She made her square up to 16 inches tall, and added a beautiful applique of sun and clouds. So I borrowed her idea, and added a moon and sparkling star to complete the picture. Thank You, Marion, for saving me and my little owl.
I love your little owl with his heart and thanks to Marion's clever idea, a good save with moon and star ! Very appropriate.
A darling owl hooting in the moonlight....sooooo cute!!
I love your inspiration from Marion's square. :))
