Square lists from September 1 to october 6

Hi Kalai, Was wondering how long it takes for the squares received to be posted on the list. I sent a parcel at the beginning of April and have still not seen it. I am getting a little worried if it has been lost. I know you have hundreds if not thousands received each week.

Hi, I also do not see my package which was mailed quite awhile ago too. do you have a large backlog?

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't seen your parcel. I really wouldn't worry if I were you though. As all of the collecting, sorting, records, collating etc is done by hand, we sometimes have human error issues. We have had very few parcels go missing so far and recently stopped keeping our overall database as it was just too cumbersome and time consuming. As long as your parcel is marked correctly, it will more than likely get to us. If it doesn't (very unlikely) the main reason is due to pilferage and if this is the case, rest assured that your parcel will go to someone very needy regardless.
