Tally - countdown to 55,900 squares for Summer 2010! 20,980 made
Ok everyone - let's tally our squares to meet the need for 55,900 squares per Sandy's post -- make that 18 squares per month for three months times 1,000 forum members. Please comment here with the squares you've made (not just shipped) and collected from church groups, school groups, etc... PLEASE POST AT THE END OF THE THREAD by replying to my message here via the “Reply to This” box right below this intro and above the Replies to Discussion area, please don’t reply to individuals, so I can find your updates easier - thanks! :-) Please post your total squares made so I can update the spreadsheet correctly. Thanks! I'll update the grand total every couple of days.

I am a little behind in posting, but I have 12 squares to be sent off. Will most likely get to the post office next week. Am sending them straight to Africa.
Congratulations to all who contributed squares. My knitting time is limited and I was only able to make the 12 squares, but am continuing to knit some and will send them off as I can.

I've got 20 more squares. Are we putting September squares on a different thread? I think we did really really well as the number of people in the challenge does not equal all the contributors by far. Way to go KASers!e
