Square Circle Forum

Hi all,

I'm very pleased to crochet squares for this wonderful project, but try as I have, I have not found a specific address to which I can mail the squares I've already made.  Also, I'd like to know if there's an urgency to getting the squares made, or can I take my time and make enough for a complete blanket before sending them.

Many thanks,

Ginny

Hi Ginny,
Welcome to the knit-a-square movement. KAS has various partnerships in South Africa which is why we're asking our members to concentrate on squares for the next 3 months. You can read Sandy's original post here - http://forum.knit-a-square.com/forum/topics/we-desperately-need-just

Here is the page at the knit-a-square website that talks about postage, including the shipping address:

As far as postage goes I would suggest that you send them however is cheapest for you; whether it's a lot all at once or smaller parcels more frequently.

If you haven't joined the US group yet I suggest you do. Other KAS members from the States will have the best advice about shipping. http://forum.knit-a-square.com/group/unitedstates

As the number of orphans continues to rise your crocheted squares will always be needed. Send them as you can.

You can add your name and your squares to our group tally. Thread is here: http://forum.knit-a-square.com/forum/topics/tally-countdown-to-55900

welcome again!
