If the schools you are working with allows it you might even share some of these videos/photos with the kids. I think it would be a good idea to share with the teachers/administrators for sure.
Rona, I hope things get better for you at home soon, as you say you have to get through it one day at a time.
My group have hit a wall so I am designing a toy monkey pattern for them all to have a go at in between knitting squares. We do work for other charities and over the past few weeks we have had a few thankyou letters(one from KAS) so the group have been so excited. That in its self is a good motivator.
Sorry I haven't been on the forum in a while; I have stressful family issues I'm working through right now, one day at a time. Hope everyone's school programs are doing well. We're wrapping up a term shortly, and opening it up to new kids then. I'm trying to teach them a little something new each week - how to pick up stitches to knit a log cabin square, how to knit an i-cord, things like that, so they learn something new each week and grow their skills besides knit and purl.
