The scones were delicious. I substituted dark chocolate chips and cherries . I'm going to serve the next batch to company on Thursday.
In my quest to find a gluten-free/dairy-free scone I discovered these two web-sites:
http://www.elanaspantry.com/gluten-free-recipes
http://www.cybelepascal.com/?tag=gluten-free-vegan-scones
Not sure which recipe I'll try but I'm partial to the one with chocolate chips. I'll use dark chocolate of course :-)
