34 Squares in a shoebox

I couldn't resist using some Christmas left over ribbon. I do hope its not too creased and can be used for some little girl. Other wise well it wasn 't going to look cute on my sons anyway! The colours of the squares are much brighter in real life. I was surprised how many things fitted into a shoebox!

That's amazing what you got into the box.....your son must have big feet :-)  The ribbon is a great idea too.

Yes Gayle I was surprised what a shoebox fits. Mind you it was  a pair of shoes my son bought! Anyway the godoies are going too and I have found another matching purple square to make 35 so I'll tape it to the box since it is now sealed.I think they package in bundles of 50 but 50 wasn't going to fit!!

I am surprised too that you can get that much in a shoe box....how many squares were there in the box...and all the goodies along side the squares....were they going to go also?

Aw Julia, are you the secret Imelda Marcos of KAS?  Why do us ladies love shoes so much?  You have permission for one shoe box in the January sales - no shoes though!

A really good idea to put them in a shoebox Sue. Does this mean I can buy some more shoes to get some boxes !

like the idea of the ribbons as everything will get used.

I agree Pam, Sue seems to have a knack for packing.  I leave all packing to my husband when we go on trips with the car.  I think those ribbons will be much appreciated.  I agree about your sons, Sue; even when my son's hair is longer, he doesn't seem to appreciate having ribbons in it! Mind you one Christmas his cousin Jen used gold pipe cleaners as hair ribbons all around his head; she gave him a series of long ringlets.  I believe he cut his hair soon after that.  I love the squares here, how bright and cheery they are.  Way to go Sue!
