Chuffed to bits...the perfect expression for this wonderful stash. Look how lovingly each ball was wrapped, too!

Ha! That's a fun thought Laurie.  Have packed some of this for the UK Yours LIve event to get people's fingers itching.

That's great Susan - isn't it heart-warming that people do that for you - this is the double bonus that I find with KAS - we not only help the children but meet such lovely helpful and kind people along the way.  It constantly renews my faith in human nature.  I think it is very important to show the people that support us what we do - as you are doing - so many people have said to me that they have supported a charity with money or knitting without any recognition and they feel unappreciated and stop contributing - everyone needs to feel appreciated don't they.  Kind John who has gave me this wool has also sent some money for postage so a very good KAS week.

Oh wow!  This is just wonderful!  I, too, am lucky enough to have warm-hearted people who don't knit or crochet send me boxes of yarn they find at yard or church sales.  I live in Tennessee and people from New York and Florida send me yarn. Even my friends who do other crafts will see yarn on sale at the craft stores and buy yarn for me!   I have boxes of fun colors to knit with and I love to see how the squares will turn out.  When I photo them for the forum before mailing, I also send the photos to the various donators so they can see what their contribution did for the kids!

What lovely colours and textures - where will you start?  I am not a fan of "brights" especially pink but those in your collection have really caught my eye but then the green in the middle looks good and the...!!
