An Aran weight blanket, with the addition of a few butterflies.
The yarn in the centre panel was gifted to me by Bev.......thank you again Bev, it was so soft to work with! It was amazing to see that the colour change happened at the end of every row :))

Karen, the centre panel is made of a yarn cake, made by Porta Craft, the yarn is called Ice Cream and the colour is Blueberry Swirl (200g ball). The rest is made with three different aran yarns, pink, purple and lilac.

This is a beauty - is it done with yarn cake style wool?
