Mosaic

This is complete blanket number 3. I decided to call it "Mosaic" as although it was made from odd balls and leftover pieces, I had enough of each to form a "mosaic" pattern with the squares. I think this blanket is really visually interesting.

I really had fun putting the squares together when they were all done, as it was a bit like doing a jigsaw puzzle without the benefit of seeing in advance what the final picture would be.

The pink squares are all the same yarn too, it is just a trick of the light that makes the centre one seem paler. As usual, yarn tails are tucked under each square just for neatness.

I'd include a photo of this with the squares so they know how to put them together.  It's really intricate and well done.  Way to go!

This is really lovely-and you would never imagine it has been made from bits and pieces as the colours go so well together.
