I think felt is an inexpensive but bright and colorful way to add charm to any square.  Well done!

Hi Maudie, love the little boat.  Inspiration's catching I think.  Now you've got me thinking about fish designs!  Maybe February's fish month?!  and "all things nautical".

I stitched is just in from the edge but I think with the next felt motif I will try blanket stick.

Great square, Maudie! Well done for making the diagonal and decorating it. You have just reminded me how much I enjoyed myself some time ago, adding bits of felt to squares that I had been given. I'll have to have another go.

i finished the blue square and it is still Monday so now it has a little boat. I am really enjoying the add-on idea.
