stripes stripes andmore stripes 001

I've kind of got keen on stripes. I tried some unusual color comos like purple and greeny turquoise and purple and yellow. they didn't all come out quite as expected.

really nice knitting job, I am jealous of the patience knitters have. These definitely take longer to do than the crocheted ones I do.

I LOVE stripes Sue and they add a lot of interest to a blanket and also helps with knitting the squares it is easy to count your rows and I think they knit up quicker using two colours instead of just one.

I think they are so pretty to...of course, the pink one is my pick too....just think how they will brighten up the plain jane squares in a blanket...I bet you tied lots of strings in, Sue....

Nice. I like stripes. They're a good way to use up small bits of yarn, too.

That's the nice thing about stripes - there's a surprise element at times. I particularly like the one with the pink stripes.
