Keele Craft society's charity knit

I have been running this society for the past 3 years and this year we are doing a charity knit which I hope will become a long term commitment. I hope to keep a record online of every square we manage to get made, hopefully they will be full of different colours and patterns as well as being a combination of knitting and crochet.See More

Hi Cayden and welcome to KAS.  Is Keele craft society part of the University?  I have tried to knit squares but my tension is rubbish, so I knit jumpers with matching hats.  Once you have mastered the site I'm sure you will find everyone very friendly and helpful.

Best of luck and happy knitting. Barbara

Hi Cayden, welcome to the forum. We do have a few other men on the site, one of whom  runs a knitting group in his area. It's lovely to have you with us and I hope you enjoy being a part of this community and become as committed (not to say addicted) as many of us are. When you've had a chance to look around we'd be glad to have you join the UK group for more local news, chat and information - in fact you could open your own group and keep your own tally.
