Welcome to KAS from over here in Western Australia. My geographical knowledge of the UK is next to none and so I hope that you are not in an area affected by the recent flooding I have seen on the tv.
We are so glad you have joined us in knitting squares for the vulnerable children of South Africa.
You can catch up with just about everything by clicking on the tabs at the top of this page. You may like to join the UK group (just click on 'groups') where you will find useful info relevant to your part of the world, but you are also welcome to join any group you would like.
If you are looking for patterns please click on the KAS Pattern Book tab for garments and squares for the children. We are focusing on children aged 3-9 years old.
Also, you might like to visit “Helpful Hints” (the tab is above) for information about: Questions you may have (FAQs) and how to navigate the forum.
You might like to click on the photo tab and check out what your fellow KASers have been making.
Most of all, we hope you enjoy being 'one of us' and if you have any questions, please ask, we love to help each other out, where possible. :))
KAS supplied blankets, hats, handwarmers and toys to over 5,500 children in 2017. If Ronda’s wishes come true, in 2018 even more children will receive the gift of warmth and love from around the world.
