Women's Group in Church

Hi I've been posting to the UK group but thought I'd post this to the Church group. I take a fortnightly Girlfriends group in my church - Glasgow Elim in Scotland. We had a Knit-A-Square night which went great. I've also posted a slide show to You Tube with photos showing the different activities including the Knit-A-Square night. We'll definitely be doing it again! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wSgUf4oP98 BlessingsHelenSee More

Knit-a-square night with Girlfriends

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wSgUf4oP98 I posted a while ago saying I was going to do a knit-s-square night with a Girlfriends group I take in church. Had the night and it was a great success. Also made so many in our church aware of the plight of Aids Orphans and the work KAS is doing. The link above is to a slide show on You Tube of the different events we've had - a slide of our Knit-A-Square night is in the middle of the…See More

Hi Helen

Welcome to our warm KAS community. It's great to see you. We hope you will enjoy the forum and your region's group.

There are lots of great discussions going on in the forum, including the monthly challenges.

We have a challenge every month, if you want to get involved please do. It's not compulsory at all but some of the work done is just lovely. Have a look at the November challenge - the SLIP-OVER (under challenges in the main forum) this will give you an idea of some of the fantastic work this community is doing for the children of South Africa. Here is a link to the November challenge photos:
