"good idea, although ponchos are not that warm, think about the gaps........probably better sticking to blankets.
Maybe making the squares into hoodie type jackets - thus keeping head, shoulders and body warm.

Unfortunatly I decided to set this target at the end of April so I was already behind schedule so I am frantically working on it to try and make up a bit of ground. I usually crochet granny squares. i find them quite quick and very cozy. I have been lucky to have been donated quite a bit of wool since I started with KAS last September so I am able to spend my money on postage.
