"I think Kalai means rather no tail than a short tail that won't be useful but rather leave a long tail if possible. Right Kalai?"

"I have crocheted vests and cuddles in the round, it works quite well.  As for tails...you can always take lengths of yarn and knot them onto the short tails if you wish, or just put a small skein/ball of yarn in with your parcel.  I do…"
