Your squares will be most welcome and I know that Ronda and the team will love to meet you. :)) 8" x 8" (or as close as you can get) is the correct square size. Members use 100% wool, 100% acrylic and everything (blends of the two) in between..... We knit/crochet in everything from 8 ply (DK) to chunky. If you are using 8 ply and it is VERY thin, you may like to double up, as I know from my own experience, some of the 8 ply can be.
