i was recently nominated by my boss to be profiled in the worldwide company newspaper. i have been promoting KAS here at work and recruiting and teaching knitters/crocheters. we formalized our group recently and meet twice a month where we share ideas, teach beginners, and just basically have fun while knitting for KAS.

As you may remember, our older son and his wife were having drug addiction issues. They were both put in state prison in rehab programs last spring for a year. Caia was released this week and Jesse will be released in mid- February. Then they have 8 more months of rehab before they are free. In addition, we have lost several family members and one of our cats! A rough year for all of us. Here's to better times in the new year! I have a student coming in a few minutes so I'd better finish lunch.
