hi everyone!

my name is roberta and i am from northern ireland. i am fairly new to knitting and want to put my skill such as it is to some use and support people who are unable to do so themselves. i need encouragement and motivation to keep going cos when i hit a prob i generally throw in the towel and give up instead of trying to get a way round the pro. this applies to my entire life, not just knitting!See More

So, welcome to Knit A Square! Blankets and hats and sweaters direct from our hands to their hearts, a win-win.  And now we’re helping out over in Zimbabwe too and they need everything over there.  I just love making a real difference in a child’s life.  So welcome aboard!
