I went to thrift store to find some objects for my paintings and I found theses two blankets in perfect conditions. for the total of 5 dollar.

Bravo on your keen eyes...these will warm some little darlings. That pattern stitch would make good squares too, no more gappy than the granny squares I would think. :)

I was'nt looking for blanket, but then I came face to face with these two , and I was glad to find them for KAS.

You did such a good job....sometimes you just hit it good....I do that at our thrift store too...sometimes with new tags on yet, if they are not home made....I don;t understand the younger generaton...I know with my grand kids...they have way too many things for one baby...so as a result some things never get used...and then we get a good deal at the thrift store...
