Lina, At the time you uploaded the picture of this beautiful blanket I was not much on the forum. I saw it and it immediatley was one of my favourites. It is eyecatching, warm and beautiful. I love to work with sockyarn, it is very warm and lots of percentages wool in it ). The combination with orange is beautiful. xo
Thank you Wendy. I was given the idea by KAS members when I asked for advice, as I managed to buy a lot of selfpatterning sock yarn when the sales were on, at an incredible price. Only drawback was the color : a mix of greys and browns with beige, not really exciting and not very colorful when you double or triple the yarn. Lots of people gave me wonderful suggestions and this was one of them. Still have to try the others :p

This is lovely Lina, a great way to use up a darker colour and the orange really works well with it.
