Gramma Cookie's Solid Granny Square

Posting an original square pattern in memory of my paternal grandmother. This one is in her favorite color, purple. Hook: H/5.0 mm, Yarn: Worsted Weight/4 (I use Red Heart Super Saver and I Love This Yarn from Hobby Lobby mostly)

Since you did that posting I've made almost 15 squares, it's great to use up odd bits of yarn and it's easy to get the size right. Thanks for posting the pattern!

Awww, so nice to post a memorial square...we should do another Memorial Square challenge. This is lovely close work. I can never seem to get mine this "not gappy". What size yarn and hook were you using? If I may ask?
