  • What a good idea I have some of that fluffy wool not enough to do anything with.

    cheers for the idea xx

  • Love the colours and the fluffy texture of the cuff yarn on this beanie.  It will be both warm and stylish for a lucky child.

  • love this the sparkly colours a great x

  • Thanks for your great feedback ladies. Unfortunately I fell in love with this type of wool and bought about 12 balls in about four or five different colours, but it seems so stretchy when I knit it that I think about the only thing it will be good for is hats. Sooooo I guess I will be making a dozen hats. lol.

Hats are great to make, Charis, I think, as they don't take long to finish...not like slip or go overs or vests etc... and the Lion Brand pattern is soooo easy.

  • This is gorgeous- I can feel some hats coming on! the lilac and purple look so chic together.

  • Chic!  Glamorous!  How great for a little girl!

  • ..and glittery too!  it will make someone very happy.

  • All the beanies I have knitted are from the beanie pattern link (from Lion Brand) that Jeanne posted some time back. Thanks Jeanne, it is soooo easy to make.
