Slipover #6 and beanie(s)

I knitted this one with baby yarn (which I got on clearance at Kmart - $1.50 a ball I think), mostly in the round. I started at the bottom and then changed to knitting in rows when I got to the sleeves. The only sewing was top of the straps to the back. I'm not sure what size beanie will fit the same child as the vest, so I made two beanies - of course the beanie which doesn't fit can go straight to another child who it does fit!

    What a beautifully soft and lovely yarn that must be. I feel like I can touch it from here. Way to go on finding clearance yarn, it's like treasure hunting and what a good find. This is beautiful work. High fives! Somebody is going to love these, just love them...and look darling in them too!
