Squares layout

I started out trying to sketch out my pattern but ended up simply taking pics with my digital camera and using them as reference. Notice how the little squares are really right-angled triangles sewn together eventually--a little tricky.

Lots of time, lots of patience and lots of fun! It really appealed to the side of me that loves color and color combinations.
