Hi! I'm Joyce, I am 16 years old and have been crocheting for a bout a year now. I have just learned to knit as well, so i might try to make a few knitted squares along with my crocheted ones. I plan on introducing the knit-a-squillion challenge to my church youth group at the end of the month. I really enjoy doing crafty things, and I try to crochet whenever i have a spare moment.
I cant wait to get going on making these blanket squares!

Hi Joyce, welcome to our Knitting/Crocheting Community! It is wonderful that you are going to share KAS with your church youth group - we really love to have more teenagers on board. When you finish some squares do post them on the Photo tab as it helps to inspire and motivate all of us. Keep up the craft work - it really is a wonderful opportunity to become totally absorbed and relaxed!
