Hello Everyone

I have just joined KAS and I am looking forward to knitting my first squares for this wonderful organisation. My mother taught me to knit when I was very young and I have knitted many garments over the years. Now I am a grandmother, I mainly knit for my grandson, who loves the jumpers I knit for him.

I really enjoy knitting and I found this website whilst browsing the Internet, looking for knitting inspiration.  It seems like a wonderful cause and I am looking forward to joyning all you busy knitters.

    Great to hear you have joined us. You'll find we are a friendly, supportive bunch...so if you have any questions, be sure to ask.  :))

    I don't have any grandchildren to knit for, but this is the next best thing. I would love to see some pics of your squares when you have completed them...no pressure...lol. :)

    Hi Maria, lovely to hear that your grandson loves knitted jumpers!  Good to have someone to knit for who appreciates the garments.  So glad you found us and look forward to seeing some pics of your work on the Photo tab.
