Sandy has now been able to start the process of revamping the KasBlog - All for Orphans tab on the menu bar.  To kick off she has kindly shared with us the journey of her life and work over the past 18 months.

The link is : http://allfororphans.com/

In the article Sandy reveals she is writing a book Why You Must Blog due for completion at the end of May - for more information please go to : http://www.whyyoumustblog.com/

The book has evolved from the gigantic learning curve involved in setting-up and developing KAS to the point that it has established itself and able to function through the power of its members.

Also Sandy tells us about the transformation in attitude that has occurred through having to leave a much loved home to a house, that initially on viewing, is not quite so appealing!

All for Orphans has now come alive and functioning again, and, will be regularly updated!  So it will be worth make it a stopping-off point when visiting the Forum.

  • Just went to checked it out and put out a Tweet about it too.  Very good human interest stories on there. :)

  • It's great to see the blog back! It was always an interesting read. :)

  • It's always wonderful to hear from Sandy and her family! They are so busy, and have been through so many changes in the past couple of years, and yet they launched KAS, which has given  all of us so much.

Can't wait to read more updates from Sandy!

    • I agree it is a must read and you can read the ezine from there.  Sandy and her family are all invoved in KAS and it was lovely to "meet"  two more cousins in Zimbabwe. The creche for special needs children is very deserving of our support. I hope some people recognise their squares hats and toys in the photos. It's always a heart leaper if you do !

  • Just checked Sandy's letter on   http://allfororphans.com/.  It is certainly a "must read" for all KASfolk.  Sandy and Ronda had an idea.... and a passion.... and they gave it wings.....and here we are today, making a difference in so many lives.. both the lives of the vulnerable children we knit for.... and our own.
