Hi Tom, hope you are still picking up messages on here. Elaine Jones and I run Knit for Life from Shropshire sending squares to KAS in bulk. Would you like to send your squares to us and we will ship them with the rest of ours? It would save you a lot in postage and we could ask Ronda to record them separately if you would like. Best wishes, Pam and Elaine www.knitforlife.co.uk. or email me on pamjohnson.99@gmail.com
Tom, neither do I. I won't send anything until next year. I hope to have completed 3 blankets by then and see the squares send in September arrived. Happy Holidays to you and your family!!
Hello Tom. I popped in there to see if there were any photos of your work. No but I did get to see your lovely dog. Thank you for your long association with KAS. It is so rewarding isn't it. WARMING CHILDREN - a basic need. All the best. I am waiting on the Award page to see if you got back the squares from the greyhound rescue.
Hi Tom and thanks for your comment. I'm not really used to these sort of forums so I hope this is the right place to reply
I think there are more male knitters these days, especially where I live, but it's still not something I'd admit to in every male environment! My dad taught me and actually he could do a whole range of handcrafts more traditionally done by women. It was all the more amazing because he had hands like shovels!
hi Tom great minds think alike as I thought of the same thing I shall jot a messesge to the paulogrady forum and see who would be interested and if Paul can anounce it and get people to help it would be great

Hi Tom, just passing welcoming all the members, but you are like an old friend already. And I too love the picture of your cat. He looks like a venerable old gentleman and has earned the right to be grumpy fro time to time.
Tom, please accept my apologies - yesterday, when I joined the UK Group, I omitted to say Hi Ladies and GENTLEMAN - it came to me later that you had also joined the Group. I love the picture of your cat. I, too, am a cat lover and currently have two, they are brother and sister; a ginger tom and a tortoiseshell female (primarily black). Angela
Hi Tom, can't believe you know how to knit long long time ago. Actually I really want to see your face, let's compare who look older, you or your cat? :D
That's terrific, so next year is the big 40th wedding anniversary! Ronda said she had recognised your squares when she saw your picture on ther site, Sandy
