I have no red wool in my stash, so I decided to use this variegated aran yarn which has red in its colour palette.... Letting this bonny wool do the talking I have knit 12 garter stitch squares. It is Eylul wool which as I have come to expect throws up some curveball and random parts within its mix. 5 x 100g.

I know what you mean about the Eylul yarn, Karen, but it doesn't matter a bit in this set - they're lovely.
Colour of the month red squares. I can't figure out why they look lumpy and badly knitted because they aren't. Must be the camera.
