Welcome to the Blanket Room for 2020.
We hope you will enjoy the variety of squares/blankets/designs
that will be featured throughout this year.
If you spy some squares or even a blanket or two that you have crafted
please do let us know.
There's nothing like a group celebration. :))
We rejoice in your talents and generosity.
Here's a little taster of what you might see....
So, please keep your eyes peeled for your wonderful crafting and know that each and every square or blanket you create, is much needed and much appreciated.
Praise and many thanks to our sewing team who take our individual crafting, mix and match squares and sew these beautiful blankets together.

After a difficult and emotional year I'm humbled and uplifted viewing these blankets - every stitch has the love, care, time and hope from all of our crafters. Any effort to provide us with these pictures is always appreciated. Thank you all very much Xxx
More lovely, snuggly warm and colorful blankets ... and I love the black cat in the last blanket ... so cute.
Thank you so much for taking these pictures and posting them for us to enjoy.
Happy New Year to all. Stay safe and keep creating.
A great Blanket room ending for 2020! Thanks to everyone for playing their part in the amazing KAS chain of love and care. X
A purrrfect ending to 2020. Thank you, Patricia, for posting these pictures, and all the volunteers in South Africa who worked so diligently and creatively to produce and distribute these blankets. Happy New Year!
I echo Mili's comments. Let's finish off this year with a song:

Thanks Patricia, it’s a tonic to see so many blankets! In the 7th blanket down is one of the four fundraising teddies that Jude gave me and I sent to SA in June 2018. This teddy she sponsored for my dog Jess :))
Oh the Teddies keep on coming, how wonderful that Jess will make new friends in South Africa.
Happy New Year to you all
xx Jude
