Hi Karen-- I am working on a project that I will be teaching a group of adult mentally disabled people in Richmond, VA.  Do you have any interesting squares  that will be easy to do?? They have knitting and purling down pat (after one year), and I would like to challenge them to work for this charity!! Please let me know.

I am guessing my emails have that weird time because the time clock is out of whack. I'm about 16 hours behind the time posted. Strange. I'll have to look into it some time.

Karen I've sent your concern on to the Mods. I went to the blog dip site --the problem seems to be there. Do they have any blocker tools, like on FaceBook you can block certain people. Do they have security levels you can set, so not everybody can see your blog over there? If anyone has any further ideas I'll certainly pass them on to you.

Hi Karen. I had to go look at my photos to see which daughter you were referring to. That is Lisa, the one just returned for good from South Korea after 2 years teaching Conversational English over there. The photos were taken during a summer visit home by her to renew her overseas work visa. As for the triangle hat...I found a bunch of triangular "squares" my kids had done and thought they'd make up into hats so I made triangle hats out of them. I'm not entirely sure they are a success but I sent them to South Africa anyways. Nowadays I make more "normal" hats, lol. Oh we're discussing putting up a warning page for members to beware of spammers/thieves etc. So thanks again for the heads up, it's spurred us on to action for the safety of the members! :) It's -1C/30F today but now my body has adjusted I was outside with the cat for abit, letting him get some sunshine. I was wearing a hat but only a light top and vest. Once the cat began to get too pouffy I brought him back inside, despite his protests. The numnutz would stay out there until he froze solid! Talk to you later eh? --Jeanne :)
