SHIPPING INSTRUCTION REMINDERS
DO:
MARK YOUR PARCEL AS A GIFT and declare a value of 0 or 1 if a nil value is unacceptable to your postmaster.
Send your parcels through the postal service of your country.
Make sure your handwriting is clear.
Tape your parcels well.
Attach the mailing label securely to the outside of your parcel.
DO NOT:
Register, insure or use tracking numbers for your letters, parcels, packages or boxes.
Ship via FedEx, courier, or other mail services because they do not deliver to Box Numbers, as in the KAS address.
Send parcels over 20kg (44 lbs.) from Australia, Canada or the United States or parcels over 30 kg (66 lbs.) from the UK.
The KAS Shop is always open for business and a wonderful way to support our team in South Africa.

I LOVE the snip about the sheep....what a laugh!!
Re the hand span being about 8"/20cm. I have been using that as a guide (along with a ruler, just to be sure) for many years, however, in the last few years, I couldn't work out why when measuring with my left hand it measured different to my right. I have since developed an enlarged joint at the base of my left thumb (think it may be arthritis), which seems to have affected my 'stretch', so have to ensure I measure ONLY with my right hand now. :(( Luckily, it hasn't affected my ability to knit....haha.
My left hand is 7" and right is 61/2", no wonder my squares are small:))
Those sheep are just plain darling.
I find my left hand measures 8" but my right hand is only 7 1/2". I hadn't come across this fact before but I think I'll be sticking to my tape measure!
My are similar but the other way around. I always travel with a tape measure.
